Came home and it was 94 degrees inside. AC unit not blowing any cold air. Called Hays Cooling & Heating of problem regarding the unit they installed 3.5 years ago. I think the Tech was here in 30 minutes. Mike has it up running within 15 minutes. Condenser was bad, parts were under warranty, labor expired after two years, cost me $90 for service/labor. Trip charge Waived due to me belonging to their Maintenance Program. Thanks Mike and Hays Cooling & Heating for getting us up and running within an hour of my call.
I now know why Hays has such great reviews! Frank came out today and he was awesome and the best part was he honest and the integrity spoke for itself. I had called for the system tune up and inspection. Frank made suggestions as to little things I could do that would make a big difference and I appreciate that. He mentioned that they have a yearly service plan and what it included which I will be doing. I will be recommending Hays to all my friends and family.
Before we signed the contract Bill came out and got one of our 16 year old units back up and running to hold us over till we were ready to purchase and the company did that for free just on our word that we were purchasing two new Trane units. Customer service and integrity are more than lip service to this company it is what they live by. Awesome job by the entire team!!!!
We had our heater unit go out on us late in the afternoon. I looked on the web and found Hay’s cooling and heating and it was the best decision ever, they had a tech out to my house in a little over an hour. The tech was very helpful and explaining exactly what was going with my heating and what were the options. Repairs took about 40 minutes tops to complete and we were back to a comfortable house. Super happy that I called them. I 100% recommend them for their service.
BEST experience ever!!! Our daughter has been diagnosed as asthmatic and has been suffering from horrible allergies this last year, being hospitalized twice. Hays recommended having 2 air scrubbers installed due to dust, pollen and our cat (3 of the things out of so many that we have now found out she is most allergic to) and it has made such a HUGE difference! The air quality is SO much better in our home and it smells SO CLEAN!! Thanks Hays!!!
Since the install was completed, I received a few initial follow-up calls from Hays to make sure everything was working fine, and I was happy. The sales person came a week later to take heating/cooling measurements, to make sure the system was calibrated properly (!). Better yet, since it’s been about a year since the install, the girls in the office actually call me to set up my scheduled service appointments.
